A delegation from Cyprus conducted in-depth visits to Jinghe New City Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Industrial Park and Konggang New City Airport Economic Exhibition Center on October 23, 2023, to advance Sino-European collaboration in hydrogen energy and new energy sectors. The delegation carried out on-site research at the park’s Hydrogen Energy Technology R&D Center, Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Base, and the Green Logistics Hub Project within the airport economic zone. Key focuses included the hydrogen energy industry chain layout, innovative applications of new energy technologies, and Sino-European cooperation case studies.
The two sides held in-depth discussions on key topics including hydrogen storage and transportation technologies, renewable energy integration, and cross-border green trade, reaching multiple cooperation agreements. This visit marks a new phase in China-Cyprus collaboration in the new energy sector, which will inject new momentum into the green energy transformation of China and Europe.
