BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan – Marking the 10th anniversary of the sister-province relationship between Shaanxi Province and the Chuy Region of Kyrgyzstan, the “Silk Road Blooms · Encounter Shaanxi” Organizing Committee embarked on a high-level mission to Bishkek on November 18, 2024.
