2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand. The organizing committee of the “Silk Road Blossoms, Encountering Shaanxi” event led a delegation to Bangkok for a cultural exchange trip. On April 23, the organizing committee held in-depth discussions with Li Jiachun, President of the Thai-Chinese Youth Chamber of Commerce; Yao Hongchun, Executive Vice President; Zhou Ruiqiang, Vice President and Auditor; Feng Liang, Vice President; Li Zeming, Assistant to the President; Huang Zhansheng and Chen Chen, Deputy Secretaries-General; Lin Zhengxi and Ma Xinghai, Standing Committee Members; Huang Junwu, Executive Committee Member; Li Huanze, Secretary-General; and Liu Shuyu, Secretary-General.
This trip to Bangkok has given us a profound sense of the Youth Entrepreneurs Association’s mission to “serve the overseas Chinese community and connect China and Thailand.” Moving forward, we will build upon this meeting to promote practical cooperation between Shaanxi and Thailand in areas such as culture, trade, and youth, allowing the friendship forged along the ancient Silk Road to bear even greater fruit in the new era.
